熟地平颤汤治疗帕金森氏病的随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的：观察熟地平颤汤协同左旋多巴治疗PD的增效减毒作用。方法：选择H＆Y分级Ⅱ～Ⅳ级的PD患者60例为研究对象随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组30例。对照组继续原有治疗方法，治疗组在原有治疗的基础上加用熟地平颤汤。疗程12周，观察患者的临床疗效。结果：治疗后第12周治疗组UPDRS Ⅱ、Ⅲ评分明显低于对照组（P〈0．05），参照中医老年颤证功能障碍评分法，治疗组治疗有效率（明显进步率＋进步率＋稍有进步率）为86．6％，与对照组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05），其中轻症组疗效优于中、重症组；患者日记中显示加用中药治疗后第12周：“开”期延长，“关”期缩短。结论：熟地平颤汤协同左旋多巴治疗PD能明显改善患者日常生活活动及运动功能、延长“开期”、缩短“关期”，有增效减毒的作用。Objective： To observe the improving curative effect and reducing adverse reaction function of Shudi Pingchan Decoction in treatment of Parkinson＇s disease. Method：The research chose PD patients of H＆Y with Ⅱ - Ⅳ grade were divided into treatment group （generous treatment combine with Chinese herbs） and control group （generous treatment） ,30 patients in each group and the course of treatment was 12 weeks. Results： There was no statistics difference in age, sex, pathogenesis, numbers of on - off phenomenon, dosages of LD and H＆Y grade of two groups. The scores of UPDRS Ⅱ ,Ⅲ in treatment group were cut down more significantly than those of the control group（P 〈 0.05）. The daily living and motor function were improved in treatment group. There was no statistics difference in H＆Y grade of two groups after 3 months treatment. The effective power （obvious advancement, advancement, slight advancement） of treatment group was 86.6% and there was significant difference compared with control group（ P 〈0.05 ）. The mild case＇ effective rate was better than that of middle case and severe case. Patients＇ diary showed the on phenomenon increasing while the off phenomenon decreasing ＇after 12 weeks treatment. Conclusion： Treatment with Shudi Pingchan Decoction combined with LD can improve activities of daily living and motor function, lessen on - off phenomenon, help curative effect and reduce adverse reaction.
