受众本位论视角下农民田间学校发展定位探析——以北京昌平生猪农民田间学校为例

摘  要:基于北京昌平区生猪养殖户的调查数据,分析生猪农民田间学校的发展现状及规律,并进一步对影响养殖户参与行为的因素进行了实证分析,结果表明:随着养殖规模的增大,田间学校满足养殖需求的能力相对减弱,养殖户对田间学校的兴趣越小、参与度越低;影响养殖户参与行为的因素还有文化程度、从业时长、养殖技术支持来源和田间学校辅导员等。Based on the investigation of pig farmers in Beijing Changping district, the development status and rules of pig field schools were analyzed from three aspects of cultivating conditions, their attitudes to field schools and participation behavior, and the empirical analysis was further done to understand the factors influencing the behavior of farmers, and the results show that: with the increasing of cultivating scale, the abilities of field schools for meeting the demand of cultivating was decreasing, and the farmers' interests and participation behavior are also decreasing; the factors influencing the participation of farmers also include their educational background, cultivating time, technological origin and the staff of field schools.
