摘　　要：目的 观察逆向撕除胬肉联合自体球结膜瓣移植术治疗翼状胬肉的疗效.方法 对2011-03～2012-08间我院收治的68例翼状胬肉患者行逆向撕除胬肉联合自体球结膜瓣移植术,术后随访18个月,观察疗效.结果 随访期内无1例复发.结论 逆向撕除胬肉联合自体球结膜瓣移植术能够治疗翼状胬肉,降低复发率,而且可减少组织损伤,角膜上皮修复快.Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of pterygium treated by backwards dilacerate pterygium combined with conjuncrival autograft. Methods 68 eases of patients suffering pterygium in the hospital from March 2011 to August 2012 underwent backwards dilacerate pterygium combined with conjunctival autograft. All cases were followed up for 18 months. Results Not relapse case was detected in the follow - up time. Conclusion It can reduce the recurrence rate that backwards dilacerate pterygium combined with conjunctival autograft, reduce tissue damage, and get corneal epithelial cells repaired more quickly.
