补肾安神益智汤治疗血管性痴呆疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾安神益智汤加减治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法:将78例血管性痴呆患者随机分为对照组39例和观察组39例,对照组给予脑复康和尼莫地平片口服治疗,观察组给予自拟补肾安神益智汤加减治疗,应用简易精神状态量表(MMSE)、Blessed-Roth行为量表、血管性痴呆中医证候积分表(SDSVD)作为评价指标,对治疗前和治疗90d后分别进行评价,观察疗效。结果:观察组治疗90d后,认知能力、行为能力、中医证候评分等指标明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:补肾安神益智汤加减治疗血管性痴呆安全有效,明显改善了轻中度血管性痴呆的认知功能,提高了患者的行为能力,中医证候亦明显好转。Objective：To observe clinical efficacy of Bushen Anshen Yizhi decoction on vascular dementia. Methods：78 patients with vascular dementia were randomly divided into control group and observation group 39 cases each. The control group were given piracetam tablets and oral nimodipine treatment, observation group was given since the proposed decoction for treatment of Bushen Anshen Yizhi decoction, application of MMSE, Blessed-Roth behavior Scale, SDSVD as evaluation indicators evaluate before treatment and 90 days later, respectively, to evaluate efficacy. Results：The treatment of 90 days, cognitive ability, behavior ability, and other indicators of TCM syndrome score were significantly better than the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Bushen Anshen Yizhi decoction is safe and effective on vascular dementia, can improve cognitive ability of mild to moderate vascular dementia significantly, and improve the ability of the patient’s behavior, syndromes also significantly improved.
