星蒌承气汤联合苦碟子治疗痰热腑实型急性脑梗死临床观察

摘　　要：目的:星蒌承气汤加减联合苦碟子治疗痰热腑实型急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:将52例患者随机分为星蒌承气汤加苦碟子注射液组(治疗组)25例和苦碟子注射液组(对照组)27例进行临床观察。结果:治疗组治愈好转率96.00%;对照组治愈好转率77.77%。两组痊愈好转率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:星蒌承气汤加苦碟子注射液治疗痰热腑实型急性脑梗死疗效显著且安全。Objective：Clinical efficacy of Xinglou Chengqi decoction combined with Kudiezi on treating acute cerebral infarction （ACI） of Tanre Fushi type. Methods：52 patients were randomly divided into Xinglou Chengqi combined with Kudiezi group （treatment group） 25 cases and Kudiezi group （control group） 27 cases. Results：The healing-improving rate of treatment group was 96.00%;control group was 77.77%. There was statistically significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Xinglou Chengqi decoction combined with Kudiezi has significant effect and is real security in treating acute cerebral infarction.
