摘　　要：目的:探讨分析治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2010年下半年度～2013年上半年度在我院就诊的100例确诊为幽门螺旋杆菌感染的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,自愿随机分成两组,观察组和对照组,每组50例,观察组采用三联疗法的方式,即奥美拉唑、克拉霉素和甲硝唑联合用药。对照组则给予奥美拉唑一种药。观察两组的疗效。结果:观察组的总有效率为92.1%,对照组的总有效率为80.2%。Hp的根除率,观察组为90%,对照组为79%。结论:采用三联疗法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效好,值得临床上推广应用。Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy on treating chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods：Selected the second half of 2010 to the first half of 2013 in our hospital 100 patients, voluntary randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group, 50 cases in each group, the observation group was given the triple therapy, namely omeprazole, clarithromycin and metronidazole combination, the control group was treated with a medicine omeprazole, the efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results： The total efficiency of the observation group was 92.1%, and 80.2% of the control group. Hp eradication rate was 90% in the observation group;the control group was 79%. Conclusion：The triple therapy was effective on treating chronic atrophic gastritis, should be widely applied clinically.
