摘  要:21世纪是知识经济的时代,知识的数量呈几何状增长,这就决定了成功不再取决于对知识的占有量而是转向对知识的综合运用和创新能力。因此,培养创新型人才成为当前世界教育的必然趋势。2000年,教育部颁布了新的《高等学校英语专业英语教学大纲》。新《大纲》明确指出培养创新性英语专业人才是当前我国高等学校英语专业的目标。如何贯彻新大纲培养创新型英语专业人才的精神成为我国外语教育面临的首要问题。本文从英语专业创新性人才的界定标准切入,论述了批判性思维能力和创新性人才的关系,进而分析如何通过日常教学过程"全程渗透"批判性思维能力,有效地改善和提高学生的创新意识和创新能力。The twentieth century is an era of knowledge economy, and the number of knowledge grows in the shape of geometry,which determines that success no longer depends on the amount of knowledge but on the integrated use of knowledge and innova-tion ability. Hence, cultivation of innovative talents is to become the inevitable trend of the world education. In 2000, the Ministry ofEducation promulgated the new syllabus for English Major. The new syllabus clearly points out that the cultivation of innovativeEnglish talents is our current major goal for English major in college. How to implement the new syllabus of training innovative spir-it of English professionals has become the primary problem for English education. This paper starts from the definition of English in-novative talents, discussing the relationship between critical thinking and innovative talents, and then analyzing how to effectivelyimprove and enhance students’innovative consciousness and ability through critical thinking “full penetration model ”in dailyteaching process.
