摘　　要：连锁经营作为一种重要的经营组织方式,在零售业、餐饮业、服务业中普遍应用。亳州职业技术学院根据连锁经营在各行业中的发展态势及亳州中药市场的发展趋势,面向产业及企业需求,重构以职业能力为主导的专业课程体系,并将第一课堂的公共素质教育课和第二课堂的技能素质教育课有机结合,建立课程实施资源支撑平台和学生职业技能展示平台。Chain management is an important management organization, and it is widely used in retail trade, catering industry and service industry. Haozhou Vocational and Technical College, according to the development trend of chain operation development situation in various sectors and Chinese medicine market, in response to the industry and enterprise demand, the study reconstructed the occupation ability-dominated professional curriculum system, and effectively combined the quality education courses of the first class with the skills quality education of the second class, and established the curriculum resources support platform and students occupation skills display platform, which greatly improved students＇ comprehensive occupational qualities.
