摘　　要：以陈皮等多味中药提取药液为主要原料,辅以鱼胶片、白砂糖等辅料,运用单因素试验和正交试验法对小儿健脾膏的成型工艺进行研究,得出的最佳配方为:鱼胶片3%、提取药液10%、白砂糖15%。采用该配方制备的小儿健脾膏口感爽滑,色泽均匀,酸甜适度。With the extracted solution of citrus and other herbal as the main raw materials, take gelatine powder, sugar as sup-plementary material, and use the single factor test and orthogonal design method to research the forming process of Jianpi jellyfor children. The best formula as follows the quantity of gelatine powder was 3%, extracted solution was 10% and sugar was15%. The molding formula of Jianpi jelly had good taste, uniform color, and moderately sweet.
