摘  要:以35只Wister雄性大鼠为研究对象,讨论槟榔提取物对训练大鼠糖原及运动能力的影响。将试验大鼠随机分为安静对照组、训练对照组、给药训练组、训练力竭组、给药力竭组,每组7只。测量其体重、肝糖原含量、肌糖原含量等指标。结果表明,槟榔提取物可显著性增加大强度运动后大鼠的肝、肌糖原储量;槟榔提取物可显著性延长大鼠训练力竭时间;槟榔提取物可减缓由于大强度运动导致的体重下降,使试验组与对照组差异不具显著性意义。结果表明,槟榔提取物有增加机体糖原储量的价值,能延长机体大强度运动的持续时间,提高机体的运动能力水平。35 male Wister rats were used as the object to discuss the effect of Betel nut extract on glycogen concentrationand exercise capacity of rats. The rats were randomly divided into control group, training control group, training group,training administration exhaustive group, has exhausted group, with 7 rats in each group. Body weight, liver glycogen, muscleglycogen content and other indicators were measured. The results show that, Betel nut extract could significantly increasedalter high intensity exercise in rat liver, muscle glycogen reserves, significantly prolong rats' trained exhaustive time, sloweddown the decrease of body weight due to high intensity exercise. In conclusion, Betel nut extract can increase bodies' glycogenreserves value, can prolong the time of high intensity exercise and improve the exercise capacity level.
