摘　　要：从专利角度出发,通过对我国高校在医药生物领域的国内外专利申请数量、技术方向分布和申请趋势、专利的法律状态与维持情况、高校与科研机构及企业的申请情况对比、专利申请产学研合作情况等方面进行分析,考察我国高校的技术创新能力,并探讨高校技术创新和专利管理工作的现状及存在问题,为高校科技管理工作提出若干建议。In this pater, the number of domestic and foreign patent application by Chinese universities in pharmaceutical and biotechnology field, the distribution and trends of applications in technical area, the legal status and maintenance of the valid patents, and the university-industry cooperation of patent application were analyzed, and patent applications were compared between universities, research institutes and enterprises to reflect the technological innovation ability of Chinese universities. The authors also discussed the status and existed problems of technological innovation and patent management in Chinese universities and put forward several suggestions on the management of science and technology work of universities.
