安珂真空辅助旋切系统在乳腺病灶诊治中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下利用安珂(EnCor)真空辅助旋切系统在乳腺病灶活检和治疗中的应用价值。方法对2012年8月—2013年8月本院54例不同类型乳腺病灶患者行超声引导下EnCor真空辅助旋切术,通过回顾性研究分析评价其在乳腺病灶活检及治疗中的应用价值。结果全部患者乳腺病灶均采用EnCor真空辅助旋切术,术后病理示乳腺良性病灶51例,乳腺癌3例。术后无一例活动性出血或创口感染,皮下瘀血1例,血肿形成1例,血性乳头溢液1例。旋切术后3月随诊,所有患者均无明显切口疤痕形成,乳房外形无变化,皮肤触觉无异常,超声检查无复发、残留。结论超声引导下EnCor真空辅助旋切系统安全可靠,可作为乳腺病灶和可疑乳腺癌切除及活检的首选方法 。Objective To explore the value of ultrasound-guided EnCor vacuum-assisted biopsy system in the diagnosis and treatment of breast lesions.Methods 54 patients with breast le-sions were conducted with minimally invasive surgery by ultrasound-guided EnCor system,and the value of diagnosis and treatment of minimally invasive surgery for breast lesions was evaluated.Re-sults All of breast lesions were removed by minimally invasive surgery.In postoperative pathologi-cal diagnosis,51 cases were benign,and 3 cases were breast cancer.No active bleeding or wound infection was observed in all patients,and subcutaneous ecchymosis was found in one case, hematoma in one case,bloody nipple discharge in one case.3 months later,there was no postopera-tive incision scar;the breast maintained the normal contour,and skin sensitivity had no change in all postoperative patients.Conclusion Ultrasound-guided EnCor vacuum-assisted biopsy system is safe and reliable,and it can be used as a preferred method for patients with resection and biopsy of breast lesions or patients with suspicious breast cancers.
