传统可摘局部义齿基牙损坏后改用Magfit磁性附着体再修复的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察Magfit磁性附着体用于传统可摘局部义齿基牙损坏后再修复的临床效果。方法选择30例曾经戴用传统可摘局部义齿出现基牙损坏的患者,针对损坏的基牙制作46副Magfit磁性附着体覆盖义齿修复,对患者的满意度和基牙健康状况进行2年的随访观察。结果改用Magfit磁性附着体后,义齿的固位、稳定和美观性获得明显改善;咀嚼功能和舒适度良好;但价格偏高。基牙各项临床指标(牙龈指数、出血指数、牙周探诊深度、牙齿松动度)在治疗前后的变化没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。X线片未见基牙牙槽骨吸收加重。结论 Magfit磁性附着体为传统可摘局部义齿基牙损坏后再修复提供了一种方法,临床操作简便,修复效果较好,值得进一步推广。Objective To study the effectiveness of application of Magfit magnetic attachments for repairing failed traditional removable dentures. Methods Thirty cases with past clasp removable dentures were restored again by 46 magnetic attachments. All these patients were followed up for 2 years, their satisfaction with new dentures and clinical effects were summarized. Results All patients were satisfied with retention, stability, aesthetic appearance and mastication function of these magnetic attachment dentures. But some patient complained about the expensive cost. The abutment roots exhibited good clinical parameters, and no resorption of alveolar bone had been found in X - ray films. Conclusion Magfit magnetic attachments perform well in restoration and providing a good option to repair failed traditional removable dentures.
