摘  要:目的:探讨合成鱼腥草素对溃疡性结肠炎小鼠的抗炎保护作用。方法:小鼠随机分为5组:正常组(A)、模型组(B)、合成鱼腥草素低剂量组(C)、中剂量组(D)、高剂量组(E)。小鼠自由饮用5%葡聚糖硫酸钠(DSS)7d,建立溃疡性结肠炎模型。C、D、E组小鼠分别给予合成鱼腥草素0.2、0.4、0.8g/kg,灌胃给药,1次/d,连续7d。处死小鼠,取结肠,行大体形态损伤评分及病理组织学评分。结果:D组和E组小鼠大体形态评分和病理组织学评分均明显低于B组(P<0.05)结论:合成鱼腥草素对小鼠溃疡性结肠炎有保护作用。Objection:To explore the effect of sodium houttuyfonate(HOU)on ulcerative colitis(UC)mice.Methods:The mice were randomly divided into 5groups,including the negative control group(group A),the model group(group B),low dose of HOU treatment group(group C),middle dose of HOU treatment group(group D)and high dose of HOU treatment group(group E).The mice were exposed by drinking freely 5%DSS for 7days to establish the animal model of UC.The mice in group C,D and E were treated with HOU respectively in 0.2,0.4,0.8g/kg.The colon tissue was taken and evaluated by macroscopic and histological changes and histopathological changes.Results:The evaluation scores of macroscopic and histological changes and histopathological changes in colons of group D and E were obviously lower than that of group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:HOU shows therapeutic effect on DSS-induced ulcerative colitis in mice.
