摘　　要：目的:为了探讨食管癌切除颈部吻合术后对患者肺功能的影响。方法:对62例食道癌患者进行术前后肺功能监测,对主要指标进行前后肺功能变化的研究。结果:术后FC、FEV1、MVV、FEF等主要指标均有相应变化随着时间推移变化逐渐好转。结论:食管癌切除颈部食管胃吻合对肺功能确有较大影响,术后行肺功能监测,肺功能评定可提高围手术期安全和术后生存质量。Objective: In order to explore the effect on the pulmonary functions after the resection esophagus carcinoma and cervical anastomists. Method: The 62 patients with esophagus carcinoma were studied with pulmonary function care before and after the operation. Relsuts:During the follow up the mair index, include FC、FEV1、MVV、FEP have some altered opostoperation, but all improved as the time went on. Conclusion: The result suggest that the operation have some effect on (he prolmonary function, it may improve the perioperative period safety and access the post operative life gualities with the pulmonary function care.
