摘　　要：为了从黑斑蛙皮肤中获得纯度高且抑菌活性较强的抗菌肽(AMPs),试验采用稳压电刺激的方法提取黑斑蛙皮肤分泌物的粗提物。结果表明:黑斑蛙皮肤分泌物的粗提物对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均有抑菌活性。利用高效液相色谱法对其进行纯化,通过纯化获得了一种纯度高且抑菌活性较强的AMPs,经过质谱鉴定,这种AMPs的相对分子质量为2 878.102。To obtain antimicmbial peptides （AMPs） with high purity and strong antibacterial activity from the skin of Rana nigromaculata, the method of regulated - voltage electrical stimulation was used to extract the crude extract of skin secretion from Rana nigromaculata. The results showed that the crude extract of skin secretion from Rana nigromaculata had antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. The high - performance liquid chromatography was used to purify the crude extract, and then one kind of AMPs with high purity and strong antibacterial activity was obtained. It had a relative molecular weight of 2 878. 102, which was identified by mass spectrometry.
