细胞玻片离心仪和显微诊断仪在脑脊液细胞学检测中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨玻片离心仪及多功能显微诊断仪(MDI)联合应用所进行的CSF细胞学检查对颅内感染性疾病诊断的重要意义。方法 应用玻片离心仪及MDI对100例各型脑膜炎患者CSF标本进行了细胞学检查。结果 本法可提高颅内感染性疾病的检出率，其临床诊断符合率达96%。结论 本法可为临床医生提供直观、准确的诊断依据，对颅内感染性疾病的诊断、治疗具有重要价值。Objective Inquiring into the important meanin g of infective disease diagnose in central nervous system by the united applification of Sheet Glass Centrifugal and Multifuction Medial Microscopy Diag nosis Instruments(MDI) to check up the cerebrospinal fluid cytology. Methods Checked up the cyt ology of one hundred various cerebrospinal fluid samples of meningitis sufferers by the applification of Sheet Glass Centrifugal Instrument and MDI. Results This method can help to improve the check up r ate infective disease in central nervous system, the coincidence rate of the checked up rustles of cytology and clinical diagnosis has reached 96 percent, and because its magnifying power has reached 15000 20000 times, it makes the pictures more clearly and can print ideal colorful cytology pictures. Conclusion The CSF cytology examination can provide the clinical doctors for a direct and exact diagnose foundation by using this metho d and it has an important value to the determination of the infective disease di agnose, the supervise of disease process and the treatment policy in craniums.
