摘　　要：以行政划分的省域内自主创新绩效为评价对象,在分析国内外区域自主创新评价理论与指标体系的基础上,构建我国自主创新评价体系,并对具体的评价指标进行细化;运用灰色关联分析的方法,构建定性与定量指标相结合的数理模型,以河南省为例进行实证分析与验证。Taking the independent innovation performance of the provincial administrative regions as research object, on the basis of analyzing the domestic and foreign regional innovation theory and evaluation index system, the paper constructs an evaluation system of Chinese independent innovation, and refines the specific evaluation indices. Based on the method of grey relational analysis, the paper constructs the mathematical model which combines qualitative and quantitative indexes. Taking Henan Province as an example, the paper analyzes and verifies the model.
