摘　　要：在对广东省100多家创新型企业实地调研和考察的基础上,概述广东省创新型企业创新发展的基本情况,并从思想、技术、产品、市场与组织五个维度凝练广东省创新型企业创新管理特征与典型企业实践。最后提出提升创新型企业创新管理水平的对策建议。Based on the field survey and investigation of more than 100 innovative enterprises in Guangdong province, the article briefly analyzes the basic situation of innovative development of these companies, and summarizes the characteristics and best practices of some typical innovative enterprises on innovation management in Guangdong province from five dimen- sions including thought, technology, product, market and organization. Finally, the paper propounds some related propos- als and measures on how to upgrade innovation management level of innovative enterprises in China.
