摘 要:通过随机前沿分析模型计算2011年镇江市53家高新技术企业的技术创新效率。模型的输出结果表明本文采用SFA模型来度量企业的技术创新效率是必要且合理的;镇江市七大高新技术产业的技术效率整体水平偏低,产业内部间的技术效率差距很大;其中电子计算机及办公设备制造业的技术效率水平最高,电子通讯设备制造业的技术效率水平最低。最后,结合镇江市高新技术产业的发展情况,提出推动镇江市高新技术产业发展的六点意见。By using stochastic frontier analysis model, this paper analyzes the efficiency of technological innovation with the data of 53 high - tech enterprises in 2011 from Zhenjiang. The output of the model shows that it is necessary and rea- sonable for us to use SFA model to measure the efficiency of technological innovation ; the overall efficiency of technological innovation of Zhenjiang' s seven high - tech industries are in low level, and the technical efficiency gaps between intra - industry are conspicuous ; the efficiency of technological innovation in industry of computer and office equipment manufacturing is the highest, while the industry of electronic communications equipment manufacturing is the lowest. Finally, we pro- pose six suggestions to promote the development of high - tech industries in Zhenjiang based on the present situation.
