后颅窝肿瘤的CT诊断(附58例分析)

摘　　要：目的 :总结分析后颅窝占位性病变的CT表现及其鉴别。方法 :回顾分析 5 8例经手术病理证实的后颅窝占位性病的CT表现。结果 :5 8例中听神经瘤 14例 ,髓母细胞瘤 10例 ,血管母细胞瘤 7例 ,脑膜瘤 6例 ,上述肿瘤占本组的6 4.2 % ,其它有胶质瘤、室管膜瘤、转移瘤、畸胎瘤、血管瘤和胆脂瘤 ,CT平扫能显示肿瘤的大小、形态、密度、边缘情况 ,强化扫描对肿瘤定性诊断有一定的帮助。结论Objective:To analyse and summarize the CT appearances of posterior fossa tumors and its differentiations.Methods:We retrospectively reviewed CT scans of 58 cases with occupied post-fossa lesions which had confirmed by operation and pathology.Results:14 cases were acoustic neuromas,10 cases were medulloblastomas,7 cases were hemangioblastomas and 6 cases were meningiomas.The above tumors was 64.2% in this group.Others were glioma,ependymoma,metastatic tumor,teratoma,hemangioma and cholesteatoma,CT scan can show the tumor's size,form,density and edge.It can help to diagnose quality of tumor by contrast-enhanced CT. Conclusion:CT scan has certain diagnostic value in showing occupied post-fossa lesion.
