摘 要:近年来,饲料及其原料被霉菌毒素污染的现象较为普遍,其危害性也备受公众关注。霉菌毒素在粮食及饲料中出现频率非常高,有些霉菌毒素还会在畜体中残留,甚至迁移到畜产品中,会对畜禽和消费者产生极大的危害。针对玉米赤霉烯酮和呕吐毒素,本文从毒素危害、分布、污染现状及其对奶牛健康和生鲜乳质量安全的影响方面,对国内外相关研究进展进行了综述分析。In recent years, feed and raw materials were contaminated with mycotoxins is more prevalent, its danger also occurred great public concern. Mycotoxins occur in food and feed were very common, some mycotoxins would remain in the animal body and animal product, which can produce great hazard to livestock and consumers. This article summarized the current researches progress on hazard, distribution, pollution of mycotoxins and the effects of zearalenone and deoxynivalenol on cow health and safety aspects of the quality of raw milk.
