摘 要:目的 60Co辐射强度的增高与抗坏血酸的含量下降呈较好的相关性,利用电离辐射引发抗坏血酸含量改变的性质,可以间接反映出不同的辐射剂量。方法本研究结合色谱方法分离及分析能力强、灵敏准确等特点,取辐射后抗坏血酸样液进行色谱分析,确定辐射吸收剂量与色谱峰面积之间的定量关系,提出电离辐射场吸收剂量的色谱检测新方法。结果辐射剂量与色谱峰面积呈较好的线性关系。辐射作用机制上,分别结合化学法、质谱法、核磁共振波谱法进行了分析,证实辐射对抗坏血酸的作用为氧化降解过程。结论辐射能与抗坏血酸反应和色谱峰高对射线强度都有化学放大作用,可用于辐射场剂量的测量,提高了灵敏度。采样时待测物简单易得,样品不要前处理,分析方法快速准确。本研究同时为"蔬菜辐射保鲜与营养学"和"生物学损伤效应研究"提供了方法基础。Objective To establish a new method for determination of radiation dose based on the degradation of ascorbic acid caused by γ ray of 60Co. Methods Ascorbic acid sample solution after radiation were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method, which had good ability in separation and analysis, and was accurate and stable. Results There was a good linear relation between the residual content of ascorbic acid and irradiation dose. The chemical pathway, mass spectrum and nuclear magnetic resonance were combined to analyze the irradiation mechanism, proving that the degradation of ascorbic acid was an oxidation process caused by irradiation. Conclusion There are many advantages to use ascorbic acid as radiation dosimeter. It is simple and accurate without complicated pretreatment. This study also provides the foundation method for other researchers, such as "Radiation preservation and nutrition of vegetables" and "Research on biological damage effect".
