白内障超声乳化联合后房型折叠式人工晶体植入治疗恶性青光眼疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :初步观察透明角膜切口超声乳化白内障摘除加后房型折叠式人工晶体植入治疗恶性青光眼的疗效。对象与方法 :1997年 5月至 2 0 0 0年 8月收住青光眼病区的恶性青光眼病人 16例 ,其中 14例发生在小梁切除术后 ,1例发生于周边虹膜切除术后 ,1例直接发生恶性青光眼 ,在药物治疗基础上 ,先后行透明角膜切口超声乳化白内障摘除 ,有 14例加后房型折叠式人工晶体植入术。结果 :所有 16例恶性青光眼病人均治愈 ,眼压得到有效控制 ,前房恢复正常深度 ,视力提高。结论Objective:To investigate the clinical results of phacoemulsification with the implantation of posterior chamber foldable intraocular lens in the management of malignant glaucoma.Material and Methods:Sixteen cases of patients with malignant glaucoma admitted in the Department of Glaucoma were enrolled in the study.Fourteen patients developed malignant glaucoma after filtration surgery.One developed the condition after peripheral iridectomy.One patient developed malignant glaucoma without any known causes.Cataract phacoemulsification was performed ln16 cases.Posterior chamber intraocular foldable lens was implanted in 14 cases of patients.Results:All 16 patients were cured with normal intraocular pressure,normal anterior chamber depth and the visual acuity increased.Conclusions:Phacoemulsification with the of implantation posterior chamber foldable intraocular lens can be a good alternative in treating malignant glaucoma.
