对位睑板结膜瓣滑行修复眼睑缺损

摘　　要：目的 :评价对位睑板结膜瓣滑行修复眼睑缺损的效果。方法 :对 41例眼睑全层缺损患者 ,其中上睑 10例 ,下睑 31例 ,切除肿瘤导致缺损者 33例 ,外伤导致缺损者 8例 ,缺损范围在 1/ 3～ 2 / 3,年龄 2 4～ 79岁。采用与缺损眼睑相对应的眼睑睑板结膜瓣滑行至缺损区来修补眼睑缺损。结果 :术后随访 31例 ,随访时间 3月～ 5年。除缺损区睫毛缺失外 ,1例出现轻度上睑退缩 (退缩量为 1～ 2 mm) ,1例出现轻度下睑外翻 ,余眼睑外形及功能均基本恢复 ,眼睑活动自如 ,闭合完全 ,无严重并发症发生。结论 :对位睑板结膜瓣滑行可用于修复眼睑后层缺损 ,且不受有无睑板替代物的限制 ,不需另添手术创口 。Objective:To evaluate the results of the reconstruction of the eyelid defect using the tarsoconjuntival flap advanced from the oppsing lid.Method:41 petients were treated with the tarsoconjunctival flap advanced from the oppsing lid to repair the eyelid defect.Among them,10 cases on upper eyelid,31cases on lower lid,33 cases suffered from eyelid tumor,8 cases suffered from trauma.The defect range from 1/3 to 2/3.Age from 24 to 79.Result:31 patients were follow up 3 months to 5 years.Besides eyelash defect in everyone,one had slight upper lid retraction(1 to 2 mm),one had slight ectropion in the lower lid,the rest all had recovered in contour and function of eyelid and no severe complication.Conclusion:The tarsoconjunctival flap advanced from the oppsing lid can be used to repair the inner lamella of the lid.
