摘 要:目的:测定热休克蛋白(heat shock protein HSP)在肺癌组织及正常肺组织中的表达,藉以探讨其在肺癌增殖、分化中的作用。方法:采用S-P免疫组化法,观察HSP70和PCNA在43例非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)及5例小细胞肺癌(SCLC)中的表达情况。结果:NSCLC中HSP70表达较正常肺组织高;HSP70表达与PCNA表达有正相关关系;有淋巴结转移组HSP70表达高于无转移组;NSCLC中吸烟组HSP70表达高于不吸烟组。结论:HSP70在NSCLC组织中的高表达与癌细胞的增殖、转移有关,可能是调控肿瘤细胞增殖及凋亡的重要基因,可作为NSCLC的辅助诊断及判断预后的参考指标。Objective: To determine the expression of HSP in lung cancer tissues and normal control ,and to study the role of HSP70 in cancerous cell proliferation and various processes of cell differentation. Methods: S-P immunohistochemistry methods were used to evaluate the expression of HSP70 in lung cancer tissues. Results: The expression of HSP70 was much higher in cancerous tissues than that of normal control. HSP70 expression was significantly correlated to the expression of PCNA. The expression of HSP70 in patients of the lymph node with metastasis were higher than that without metastasis. The expression of HSP70 in smoker of lung cancer patients were higher than that of nonsmokers. Conclusion: The expression of HSP70 in NSCLC tissues were related to the proliferation and metastasis of cancer cells. It could be the important gene for regulation tumor cell proliferation and apoptosis, So the overexpression of HSP70 could be used as a useful marker of a supplementary diagnostic and prognosis for patients with NSCLC.
