摘 要:基于传统的设计方法设计的搅拌车车架存在着整体刚度过大、结构偏重等缺点,严重影响了搅拌车装载的有效性,增加了制造成本和使用成本.为了降低车架质量,对其进行有限元分析是非常必要的.为了获得正确的有限元分析结果,研究了搅拌车车架有限元模型建立时连接和接触的模拟、钢板弹簧的模拟、约束的确定等问题:采用RBE2刚性单元和CELAS弹簧单元模拟前后钢板弹簧悬架;用RBE2多点约束模拟焊接连接、吊耳连接、U型螺栓连接和止推板约束.在此基础上,确定了以弯曲、弯扭、刹车和转弯等作为计算的工况并进行了有限元分析.分析结果表明,该车架整体刚度过大、结构偏重,为对其进行拓扑优化研究提供了依据.Agitating lorry frame with traditional design technology leads to larger rigidity and overweight, thus affecting loading mass and increasing manufacturing cost and use cost. In order to lower the weight of the frame, it is completely necessary to employ finite element analysis to study the connection and contact simulation, simulation of leaf spring and the constraint, to simulate front and rear leaf spring suspension via BE2 rigid unit and CELAS spring unit, to simulate welding connection, lug connection, u-shaped bolt connection and the constraint of thrust plate via RBE2 multipoint constraint. On the basis of above, finite element analysis is carried out about the bending, coupled bending and torsion, brakes and turns operation conditions. The analysis results show that the frame possesses larger rigidity and overweight. The basis is provided for the topology optimization of the frame.
