基于BP神经网络的肺癌手术患者住院费用影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的基于BP神经网络模型分析肺癌手术患者住院费用的影响因素,为有效控制住院费用提供依据。方法对2010年1月-2013年12月的168例肺癌手术患者的住院资料进行收集,采用BP神经网络模型分析患者的不同类别的住院费用的影响因素。结果在总住院费用构成中,药费、材料费的比重最大,分别达到32.77%和23.80%。住院天数是各项费用及总费用中最重要的影响程度,且住院天数长的患者,其在各项费用及总费用中的花费越高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论合理控制药费及材料类费用、有效缩短患者的住院日,可最大程度减轻肺癌手术患者的经济负担。Abstract Objective To investigate the hospitalization costs related factors of patients with lung cancer operation, and to provide evidence for control the hospitalization costs of patients with lung cancer operation effectively. Methods To collect the hospitalization materials of 168 cases of patients with lung cancer operation from January 2010 to December 2013, then analyze the influencing factors of different classified hospitalization costs based on the BP neural network. Results In the composition of the total hospital charges, drugs and material fees occupy the largest proportion, which respectively is 34.35% and 23.24%. The lenglh of hospital stay was the most important factor to the hospital costs. The patients with longer hospital stay have higher costs and its difference is significantly （ P〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion To control the drugs and material costs reasonably and reduce the length of hospital stay effectively could reduce the economic burden of lung cancer patients to the greatest degree.
