摘　　要：目的　修复 2 1眼因各种原因所致的部分或全层眼睑缺损。方法　采用低温保存的异体睑板移植替代睑板 ,内层行结膜转移或唇粘膜移植。外层应用邻近带蒂皮瓣或游离皮瓣覆盖 ,共同再造眼睑 ,术后随访 6～ 2 4m o。结果　在所做的 2 1例手术中 ,治愈 13眼 ,显效 5眼 ,改善 2眼 ,失败 1眼 ,术后效果与血运的好坏和移植片的大小有关。结论　采用低温保存的异体睑板修复眼睑缺损 ,排斥反应轻 ,疗效佳 。Objective To repair part and full thick defect caused by various reasons in 21 cases.Methods The defect was reconstructed by transplantation of the lower temperature preserved homologous tarsal plate for tarsus, transference of conjunctiva or lipmucosa transplantation for inner layer of eyelid, and pedicled skin flap from the adjunctive region or free skin flap for the outer layer of eyelid .Results In the following up period ranging from 6 to 24 months, ln all the 21 eyes treated, 13 eyes were cured; 5 eyes were very effective; 2 eyes were improved;and 1 eye failed.The effect after operation correlated with conditions of blood circulation, and sizes of the transplantation grafts. Conclusion The lower temperature preserved homologous tarsal plate employed in repairing eyelid defect is a ideal material with slight rejection after operation. The effects are fairly good.
