摘　　要：目的　观察羟基磷灰石 (HA)在眼窝成形中不同术式的手术效果。方法　据病眼条件采用不同术式的 HA植入眼窝成形术 ,并对其手术效果进行比较分析。结果　不同术式的 HA眼窝植入成形术手术效果有较大差异。 5 0例中一期植入 31例 ,随访期无明显并发症 ,二期植入 19例 ,其中下穹窿变浅 3例 ,结膜切口裂开 6例 ,义眼台裸露 2例。结论　HA适于各种需行眼窝成形的患者 ,一期植入术 ,尤其是一期眼内容剜除自体巩膜覆盖HA植入术并发症少 。Objective To observe clinical effect of various plastic operation of socket of eyeball technique on application of hydroxyapatite implantation.Methods Various types of plastic operation of socket of eyeball for hydroxyapatite implantation could be performed according to different conditions of patients, the clinical effects were compared and analyzed. Results The differences of the clinical effect on various types of plastic operation of socket of eyeball technique for hydroxyapatite implantation were significant. Among the 50 patients, there were 31 cases of primary hydroxyapatite implantation and no complications occurred in the following up; There were 19 cases of secondary hydroxyapatite implantation but narrow lower fornixcal occurred in 3 cases, postoperative dehiscence of conjunctival incision occurred in 6 cases, and implants exposure occurred in 2 cases.Conclusion Hydroxyapatite implantations were applicable in all cases of plastic operation of socket of eyeball. There were few complications and good prosthesis movement, especially in the primary evisceration of eyeball and hydroxyapatite implantations covered with autoscleras.
