摘　　要：目的：评价Ahmed青光眼阀植入联合全视网膜光凝治疗新生血管性青光眼的效果。方法对12例（12只眼）因增生性糖尿病视网膜病变、Eales 病、视网膜中央静脉阻塞眼继发新生血管性青光眼的患者,行Ahmed青光眼阀植入术,术后行全视网膜光凝。结果12例患者平均随访8~23个月,眼压控制在5~23 mmHg,视力不变者3眼,9例视力提高,无视力下降者。虹膜面新生血管消退,视网膜无新鲜出血。结论Ahmed青光眼阀植入联合全视网膜光凝治疗新生血管性青光眼是一种安全、有效的方法。Objective To investigate the effects of Ahmed valve implantation combined whole retinal photocoagulation in the treatment of neovascular glaucoma.Methods Twelve neovascular glaucoma patients induced by proliferative diabetic retinopathy, Eales disease and central retinal vein occlusion were performed Ahmed valve implantation. Postoperatively, whole retinal photocoagulation was performed on all patients. The main measurement during follow-up included best-corrected visual acuity, intraocular pressure as well as ocular anterior and posterior segment evaluation.Results Patients were followed up for 8 to 23 months. Their intraocular pressure was controlled in 5~23 mmHg. Nine patients obtained improved best-corrected visual acuity and there remained unchanged. No one suffered visual loss. The anterior and posterior segment evaluation revealed iris neovascularation subsided and no fresh retinal hemorrhage was found.Conclusion Ahmed valve implantation combined with whole retinal photocoagulation for neovascular glaucoma is safe and effective.
