53BP1和53BP2基因在鼻咽癌组织中表达的研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究p5 3的两个结合蛋白 5 3BP1和 5 3BP2在鼻咽癌及对照组织中的表达。方法 :①用RT -PCR检测 5 3BP1和 5 3BP2在鼻咽癌及对照组织中的表达。②用原位杂交术检测鼻咽癌及对照组织石蜡切片中 ,5 3BP1和 5 3BP2的表达。结果 :① 2 1例鼻咽癌组织及 4例对照组织标本 5 3BP1均未表达。② 5 3BP2mRNA表达在鼻咽癌组织中为 17/ 2 1,在对照组织中为 3/ 4,两者无显著差异。③原位杂交显示 ,5 3BP2mRNA在鼻咽癌组织中的表达高于对照组织。结论 :5 3BP2mRNA在鼻咽癌中的表达高于对照组织 ,而 5AIM: To investigate the expression map of two p53 binding proteins 53BP1 and 53BP2 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) tissue.METHODS: The expression of 53BP1 and 53BP2 mRNA in NPC biopsy and control group are tested by RT-PCR. The expression of two mRNA in NPC paraffin section are examined by in situ hybridization. RESULTS: No expression of 53BP1 mRNA was found in NPC tissue and control group. However, expression of 53BP2 was detected in NPC biopsy and control group by RT-PCR, specific expressoin found cancerous nest in NPC paraffin section by in situ hybridization.CONCLUSION: The high expression of 53BP2 may be related to the development of NPC.
