摘  要:目的研究氩氦冷冻治疗荷脑胶质瘤大鼠免疫机理。方法 F344大鼠胶质瘤模型建立成功后分为空白对照组、手术组、氩氦冷冻组,免疫组织化学测量瘤周CD80、CD86的数量,酶联免疫吸附实验检测外周血中IL-12、IFN-γ细胞因子的变化。结果氩氦冷冻治疗组术后瘤周CD80、CD86阳性细胞数较其他组显著增多,氩氦冷冻组外周血中IL-12、IFN-γ水平显著增多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氩氦冷冻治疗后肿瘤抗原充分暴露,促进树突状细胞成熟,从而提高机体的免疫功能。Objective To research the mechanism of rats glioma treated by cryotherapy treatment. Methods The rats were randomly divided into blank control group, operation group and cryotherapy group respectively after F344 rats glioma model was successfully established. The number of CD80, CD86 expressed on glioma were measured by immunohistochemistry. The level of cytokines of IL-12 and IFN-γ in Peripheral blood was measured by enzyme-linked immune sorbent assay. Results Compared with other groups, the number of positive cells which expressing CDS0, CD86 in cryotherapy group was increased significantly. The level of cytokines of IL-12 and IFN-γ in peripheral blood of cryotherapy group was increased significantly compared with other groups. The difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion It is tumor antigen fully exposed after cryotherapy treatment that promotes dendritic cell maturation, which to enhance the bodies' immune function.
