摘　　要：目的　评价冰冻切片检查在腮腺肿块诊断与治疗中的价值。方法　对 1991～ 1999年间住院的 5 8例腮腺肿块病例 ,术中进行冰冻切片检查 ,分析临床诊断和冰冻切片检查与最后病理诊断的符合率。结果　 5 0例术前临床诊断与最后病理诊断 ,符合率为 86 2 % ,5 6例冰冻切片检查与最后病理诊断 ,符合率为 96 6 %。结论　实施腮腺手术时 ,术中行冰冻切片检查是必要的。Objective To evaluate the value of frozen section in the diagnosis and management of parotid masses. Method 58 patients with parotid masses in our department from 1991 to 1999 were given frozen section biopsy in the during of parotidectomy and were analyzed on the clinical diagnosis and frozen section results compared with the final histologic diagnosis. Result Of the 58 patients,50 patients' clinical diagnosis accorded with the final histologic diagnosis(86.2%), 56 patients' frozen section results accorded with the final histologic diagnosis(96.6%). Conclusion It is necessary to give frozen section examination in parotidectomy.
