蒲地蓝口服液辅助治疗牙龈炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察蒲地蓝消炎口服液辅助治疗牙龈炎的临床效果,探讨蒲地蓝消炎口服液作为治疗牙龈炎辅助用药的可行性。方法将2013年5-12月150例单纯性牙龈炎的患者随机分为A、B、C 3组,每组各50例,所有患者均进行龈上洁治并配合使用碘甘油,A组以蒲地蓝消炎口服液含漱,B组以清水漱口,C组使用李施德林漱口液,为期2周,每周记录治疗前后牙龈指数(GI)、菌斑指数(PLI)及龈沟出血指数(SBI),对3组疗效进行综合评价。结果 A组1周后菌斑下降率为47.57%,有效率为94.00%;而B组与C组则分别为9.23%、82.00%和46.95%、96.00%,经统计处理,A组牙龈炎的疗效明显优于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但与C组差异不大,第2周3组有效率一致,差异无统计学意义。结论蒲地蓝消炎口服液辅助治疗牙龈炎短期疗效较单纯洁治效果更佳。OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effect of Pudilan on adjuvant treatment of gingivitis and discuss the feasibility to use Pudilan as an adjunctive drug for treatment of gingivitis .METHODS A total of 150 eligible patients with pure gingivitis ,who were treated from May to Dec 2013 ,were randomly divided into the group A ,B ,and C ,with 50 cases in each ;all patients underwent supra-gingival scaling with iodine glycerin ,the group A was treated with anti-inflammatory oral rinse Pudilan ,the group B was given the water ,and the group C was treated with Listerine ,all lasting for 2 weeks ;the gingival index （GI） ,plaque index （PLI） ,and sulcus bleeding index （SBI） were recorded every week ,and the clinical efficacies of the three groups were comprehensively evaluated . RESULTS One week after the treatment ,the decreasing rate of plaque was 47 .57% in the group A ,9 .23% in the group B ,46 .95% in the group C ;the effective rate was 94 .00% in the group A ,82 .00% in the group B ,96 . 00% in the group C ;the statistical analysis showed that the clinical effect on treatment of gingivitis was signifi-cantly better in the group A than in the group B （P〈0 .05） ,but it did not differ significantly from the group C ;the effective rates of the three groups were the same on week 2 .CONCLUSIONS As compared with single scaling , Pudilan can achieve more significant short-term effect on adjuvant treatment of gingivitis .
