摘  要:目的:用葡萄糖定量法检测2种纤维桩粘接材料与纤维桩粘接后的微渗漏情况。方法:将32颗下颌第一双尖牙截冠后用随机对照分组法分为2个实验组(每组15颗)和2个对照组(阳性对照和阴性对照各1例),分别用RelyXTM Unicem和Dulink粘接后,每个样本放置在万能测试仪上,顺牙长轴方向,100N,加载24万次后,置于微渗漏检测模型中,分别在第3,4,10,17,24,31,38,73天检测从冠方向根方渗漏的葡萄糖浓度。结果:实验组所有样本均在第17天检测出微渗漏,第38天开始微渗漏明显放缓,两组间无显著性差异。结论:RelyXTM Unicem与Dulink粘接纤维桩后微渗漏无差异。Objective: To evaluate the microleakage of two adhesive cements routinely used for fiber-post bonding by the method of quantifying glucose. Methods: Thirty-two extracted single-rooted mandibular first premolars were divided in two experimental groups and two control groups (positive and negative control every one cases). The two experimental groups were restored using D. T. Light-post and the following luting agents: RelyXTM Unicem and Dulink. After one day of water stored at 37 ℃, each specimen was given a vertical load of 100 N with 240 thousand cycles by universal test (Instron, America), and then placed in microleakage detection model. The glucose concentration was detected after 3, 4, 10, 17, 31, 38, and 73 days, respectively. Results. All samples were detected the microleakage from the 17th day to the 38th day, and then the speed of microleakage was slowing down. There's no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion. There' s no difference between RelyXTM Unieema and Dulink in microleakage after fiber-post bonding.
