马钢二铁总厂烧结过程热工测试与分析

摘　　要：为了评价烧结过程的热利用效率，找出无效热能消耗，进而降低烧结矿固体燃耗，采用改进的烧结热工测试方法，对马钢二铁总厂1号烧结机进行了热工测试。结果表明，马钢二铁总厂1号烧结机的烧结过程热效率仅54．28％，低于宝钢60％～66％的热效率水平，针对这种情况及测试中发现的一些问题，提出了相关的建议。In order to evaluate thermal utilization efficiency of sintering process and tofind out the invalid heat consumption for decreasing the solid fuel consumption of sinter,thermal measurement of No. 1 sinter machine in No. 2 Ironmaking Plant of Masteel wascarried out by the improved thermal testing method. The results showed that thethermal efficiency of sintering process of the sinter machine was only 54. 28 %, lowerthan that of Baosteel （60 %- 66 %）. Considering this situation and some problems,correlated suggestions were put forward.
