摘 要:目的评价ProTaper根管预备、侧方加压根管充填和连续波技术根管充填对离体牙牙根组织的影响。方法收集200颗单根单根管下颌前磨牙,随机分为A、B、C、D组,每组50颗。A组为对照组,不进行处理;B、C、D三组以Protaper序列预备至F3,B组不进行根管充填,C组选择侧方加压法根管充填,D组以连续波技术根管充填。分别对每颗牙牙根距根尖3、6、9mm进行片切,获得600个切片,在牙科手术显微镜下(×18)观察切面根裂发生情况。结果 A组无根裂情况发生;B、C、D组均有根裂发生,分别为12、30、20,且与A组有统计学差异(P<0.05)。预备组B组与侧方加压根充组C组根裂发生率有统计学差异(P<0.05),但与连续波技术充填组D组无统计学差异;两根充组C、D间根裂发生率无统计学差异。结论 ProTaper根管预备、侧方加压根管充填和连续波技术根管充填可导致离体牙根裂的发生。Objective To evaluate the ex vivo effects of Portaper root canal preparation, lateral compaction and continuous wave condensation on the roots. Methods Two hundred extracted single root mandibular premolar teeth were randomly divided into four groups (A,B,C,D) with 50 teeth each. Group A served as the control and was left untreated. Groups B, C and D were prepared with Protaper hand instruments up to size F3. After preparation, group B was left unfilled while groups C and D were filled with gutta-percha and AHpius Jet using lateral compaction and the continuous wave technique respectively. Roots were then sectioned at 3, 6 and 9ram from the apex and inspected under a dental operating microscope for microcracks and fractures. Results Group A as the control had no cracks. Groups B, C and D exhibited cracks with different percentages 12% ,30% and 20% respectively and were significantly higher than group A (P〈0.05). Group B exhibited less cracks than Group C (P〈0.05), but was not statistically significant when compared with Group D. The percentages of crack between groups C and D were not statistically significant. Conclusion Portaper root canal preparation, lateral compaction and continuous wave condensation produce root cracks in vitro experiment.
