摘 要:运用硬件在环(Hardware-In-Loop,HIL)测试对整车控制器的控制策略进行验证,能降低实车测试的风险。基于新能源车型整车控制器(Vehicle Control Unit,VCU)HIL测试系统平台,运用dSPACE相关软件,对硬件在环测试流程和测试用例库的建立进行了研究。完成了对整车控制器的功能验证并归纳了硬件在环测试功能点分类、组成,确保测试用例库覆盖控制器在环测试的所有需求,同时丰富了用例库,实现了一个用例库适用于多个不同项目测试的要求。The testing risk on the vehicle could be reduced by using the hardware-in-loop (HIL) test bench to verify the VCU control strategy. Based on the VCU HIL test bench and dSPACE software, the HIL testing process and development of the test case library were studied and analyzed in this paper. The function of the VCU is verified and the classification and composition of the test function points are analyzed to ensure that the test cases of the HIL can cover all the function points. The developed test cases in this paper have enriched the test case library and can fulfill the requests of different project tests by a single test case library.
