摘　　要：目的分析SUZ12蛋白在胰腺癌组织中的异常表达及其与临床和病理特征的关系。方法对2002至2007年哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院86例胰腺癌患者石蜡标本通过免疫组化方法检测SUZ12蛋白的表达情况。结果 SUZ12蛋白在63%的胰腺癌组织中表达增高,其增高与肿瘤的分化,淋巴结转移相关(P<0.001);此外,高表达的SUZ12蛋白对吉西他滨有抑制作用(P<0.05)。结论高表达的SUZ12蛋白促进肿瘤恶性生物学行为并能促使肿瘤细胞耐受吉西他滨。Objective To examine a potential correlation of SUZ12 expression with clinico- pathological parameters and outcome in patients with pancreatic carcinoma. Methods The expression level of SUZ12 was determined by immunohistochemical analysis in 86 patients with pancreatic carcinoma from the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University, from 2002 to 2007. Results High SUZ12 expression was found in 63% of pancreatic carcinomas and the over-expression was associated with tumor differentiation, lymph node metastasis （P 〈 0. 001 ） , furthermore, high SUZ12 expression inhibited the sensitivity of gemeitabine （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion High SUZ12 expression promotes carcinogenesis and chemotherapeutic drugs resistance.
