三阴性乳腺癌中CK5/6表达的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨CK5/6在三阴性乳腺癌中的表达特点及其与临床病理表现的相关性。方法:免疫组织化学方法检测374例乳腺癌标本(318例非三阴性乳腺癌,56例三阴性乳腺癌)中CK5/6的表达情况。探讨其在三阴性及非三阴性乳腺癌中的表达差异。结果:在三阴性乳腺癌病例中,CK5/6阳性表达率为62.50%(35/56);在非三阴性乳腺癌病例中,CK5/6阳性表达率为12.89%(41/318),两者相比较(P<0.01),有统计学差异。在以组织学分级(组织学分级G1级和G2级之间比较)为指标进行的分组中CK5/6的表达有统计学差异(P<0.05),以患者月经状况、肿瘤大小、肿瘤分期(I-Ⅱ期与Ⅲ-Ⅳ期之间比较)和淋巴结转移情况作为指标进行的分组中表达均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:CK5/6在三阴型乳腺癌中过表达,是一个相对独立的反映乳腺肿瘤起源特点的免疫组化指标,与组织学分级有明显关系。Objective：To investigate the expression of CK5/6 in triple negative breast cancer and the relation with the clinical and pathological feature. Methods：The expression of CK5/6 in 374 breast cancer samples（318 non-tri-ple negative and 56 triple negative breast cancer）were analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Results：62. 50% of triple negative breast cancer was positive for CK5/6 ,and 12. 89% of non-triple negative breast cancer was positive（ P〈0. 01）. The expression of CK5/6 in TNBC has non-relationship with the menopausal status,lymph nodes metasta-sis,tumor size and neoplasm staging（P〈0. 05）,but had significant difference with the histological grade（P〈0. 01）. Conclusion：The expression of CK5/6 in TNBC is higher than in non-TNBC. CK5/6 reflects the origins of breast tumors,are clearly related with the histological grade.
