摘  要:目的观察植入式微波在活体猪乳腺的消融形态、范围;消融即刻与术后组织病理变化以及全身和局部可能出现的并发症,为临床应用提供参考。方法采用KY-2000型微波消融治疗仪,通过不同时间及功率组合对活体猪乳腺组织进行消融,观察其消融范围及形态;HE染色切片观察消融即刻及术后的组织病理学改变。结果不同功率条件下,消融形态基本上表现为呈轴对称分布的椭圆形,相同功率时间组合条件下,活体消融范围较离体消融范围相似,但稳定性略差,多数消融形态更接近球体;HE染色显示消融区组织成凝固性坏死改变;未发现全身系统性并发症,可能存在的局部并发症较轻微。结论应用KY-2000型微波消融治疗仪对猪活体乳腺组织进行消融,可以达到较满意的消融效果。Objective To investigate the in vivo implanted microwave ablation pig breast parenchyma,the scope; ablation immediate and postoperative histopathological changes,and systemic and local complications that may arise,to provide a reference for clinical application.Methods KY-2000 type microwave ablation instrument,through different times and power combination in vivo porcine mammary tissue ablation,ablation area and observe its shape; HE staining was observed ablation immediate and postoperative histopathology.Results The of different power conditions,the ablation shape basically showed axisymmetrical oval,the same combination of power time under the conditions in vivo than in vitro ablation ablation range scope similar,but slightly worse stability,most ablation shape closer to the sphere; HE staining showed that the ablation zone of coagulation necrosis change into; found no systemic complications,local complications that may exist in relatively minor.Conclusions KY-2000 type microwave ablation instrument vivo pig mammary tissue ablation,ablation can achieve more satisfactory results.
