规范三级康复治疗对脑出血患者功能独立性的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究规范三级康复治疗对脑出血患者功能独立性的影响。方法:364例脑出血患者随机分为对照组(n=181)和康复组(n=183)。对照组进行常规内科治疗,康复组在此基础上进行规范的三级康复治疗,包括早期床旁康复介入、恢复期康复专科治疗、后期定期康复家访指导。分别在入组时(M0)和治疗1个月(M1)、3个月(M3)和6个月(M6)时采用功能综合量表(FCA)对患者进行评分,并进行统计学分析。结果:M0时,两组患者FCA总分、运动功能评分和认知功能评分比较差异均无统计学意义。在M1、M3到M6时,康复组和对照组患者FCA总分、运动功能评分和认知功能评分均逐渐升高,组内各时间点间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。康复组增加幅度较对照组高,各时间点分别进行FCA总分、运动功能评分和认知功能评分比较,两组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:规范的三级康复治疗对改善脑出血患者的功能独立性有重要意义。Objective To evaluate the effects of standardized three-stage rehabilitation program on the functional independence of patients with hemorrhagic stroke. Methods 364 patients with hemorrhagic stroke were included in this study and randomly assigned to a control group （n = 181）and a rehabilitation group （n = 183）. The function comprehensive assessment （FCA）was performed at the recruitment （M0）, and 1 month （M1）, 3 months （M3） and 6 months （M6） after treatment. Results Total score respectively（P 〈 0.01 ）. The scores of total FCA,motor domain and cognition domain in the rehabilitation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The three-stage rehabilitation program could enhance the functional independence of patients with hemorrhagic stroke.
