摘  要:为探讨Hp全菌抗原和粘膜佐剂LT口服免疫BALB/c小鼠后的胃肠免疫反应 ,采用ELISPOT和ELISA法检测免疫小鼠胃粘膜、派伊尔小结抗原特异性抗体形成细胞 (AFC)和小肠粘液sIgA。结果显示 ,免疫小鼠胃粘膜、派伊尔小结抗原特异性抗体形成细胞数量明显增加 ,抗原 +佐剂组AFC数量高于单纯抗原免疫组和对照组 ,尤以sIgA AFC为甚 ;小肠粘液特异sIgA两免疫组均明显高于对照组。本研究结果表明 ,口服免疫可有效诱导胃肠道粘膜免疫 。To study the gastrointestinal immune responses in BALB/c mice administered orally Hp sonicates and mucosal adjuvant( LT). The changes of antigen specific antibody forming cell (AFC) in gastric mucosa and Peyer , patch (PP)were detected by ELISPOT and sIgA of gut washing by ELISA. The results showed that the amounts of sIgA and IgG AFC especialy sIgA-AFC increased significantly in PP and gastric mucosa.The level of specific sIgA also increased obviously . Significant differences were observed between two immunized groups and the control. It suggested that oral immunization can effectively induce gastrointestinal mucosal immune,and that locally synthesized specific sIgA antibodies may contribute to immunity against gastric Helicobacter infection.
