生物蛋白胶在腭裂整复术中的应用

摘　　要：目的　观察生物蛋白胶在腭裂整复术创口中的应用对伤口愈合效果的影响。方法　将已配制的生物蛋白胶涂在腭裂双侧松弛切口及裸露创面 ,达到完全封闭状态。结果　 30例腭裂术后 2 8例伤口愈合良好 ,无出现糜烂 ,2例于软硬腭交界处口腔粘膜侧有糜烂 ,但肌层及鼻腔侧粘膜层无裂开 ,未出现穿孔。结论　生物蛋白胶可通过封闭创口促进伤口愈合 ,在腭裂整复术中应用可靠、安全。Objective To observe the possible effect of Fibrin Glue(FG) on the healing of wound after cleft palate surgery. Method FG was distributed on the bone surfaces and the lateral palate incisions after suturing the palate flaps. Results 28 of 30 cases got good healing, 2 caces occured ulceration in the area between hard and soft palate but no perforation. Conclusion FG can be appplied in the cleft palate surgery and it is reliable and safe.
