摘  要:作为衔接基础教育和高等教育人才培养的重要环节,高考改革牵动着教育改革的全局。长期单一模式的高考与追求学历的路径相互作用,彼此助长,双轨制高考改革是社会发展和工程人才培养的共同需要。笔者认为,双轨制高考改革意味着重新建轨,轨道需要科学规划,改革过程中需注意双轨的前后联接与互通、对运行进行监督反馈,发挥高校的主导作用。笔者认为,改革要突破几个难点:充分认识办学定位的复杂性,不囿于职高与普高、高职与普本的形式分轨;畅通人才培养及流动通道,避免分数决定轨道的陈旧模式;合理设计改革方案,兼顾公平与效率;转变人才观,建立改革的社会支持系统。双轨制高考改革意味着重新建轨,需要科学规划轨道,改革过程中应注意双轨的前后联接与互通,对运行进行监督、反馈,发挥高校的主导作用。As an important bridge between basic education and higher education for talent cultivation, the college entrance examination reformation affects the whole education innovation. Long-term single-mode entrance exmination interacts with the pursuit of qualification and they encourage each other. Two-track entrance reformation is the common need of social developement and engineering talent cultivation. There are following difficulties we should conquer: including but not limited to division between vocational school and senior school as well as senior vocational school and regular college, fully understanding for the complexity on the running principle of college is required; clearing personnel training and flow channel is essencial to avoid old modes which tracks are decided by scores; a reasonable reformation design is required thus to balancce fairness and efficiency; a new talent viewpoint and foundation of a social support system for reformation are also required. It refers to rebuilding a track which requires scientific planning. During reformation process, we should focus on consistency of the two track, feedback as well as supervision on its running and the leading role of colleges and universities.
