摘　　要：目的:评价吸烟对华人精神分裂症患者住院次数(NHAs)和住院时间(LHS)的影响。方法:计算机检索中英文数据库,收集有关吸烟与非吸烟分裂症患者与NHAs和LHS对比的研究报道,按照匹配原则独立评价纳入研究的质量和进行数据提取。通过Meta分析计算吸烟和非吸烟患者NHAs和LHS的加权均数差(WMD)。结果:共计20项研究(包括2088例吸烟和1823例非吸烟分裂症患者)纳入Meta分析。吸烟患者的NHAs和LHS均显著高于非吸烟患者,其WMD分别为0.69(95%CI:0.43,0.96)和0.28(95%CI:0.10,0.46)。结论:吸烟可能导致华人分裂症患者NHAs增多和LHS延长。Objective ：To assess the effect of smoking on number of hospital admissions （NHAs） and length of hospital stay （LHS）among Chinese patients with schizophrenia. Methods： We searched several Chinese and English databases to collect studies comparing the NHAs and LHS between smoking and non - smoking Chinese patients with schizophrenia. Data of included studies were collected independently, we also independently evaluated the quality of them according to the matching principal. The weighted mean differences （ WMDs ） of NHAs and LHS between smoking and non - smoking schizophrenia patients were calculated by using Meta - analysis. Results： A total of twenty studies, containing 2088 schizophrenia smokers and 1823 schizophrenia non -smokers, were included into this Meta -analysis. Smoking patients had significantly greater NHAs and longer LHS than non - smoking patients, their WMDs were 0. 69 （ 95 % CI： 0. 43,0. 96 ） and 0. 28 （ 95 % CI： 0. 10,0. 46 ）, respectively. Conclusion：Smoking increased NHAs and prolonged LHS in Chinese schizophrenia patients.
