摘 要:通过原位聚合的方法制备石墨烯/聚苯胺复合物,并将其滴涂于玻碳电极表面,得到石墨烯/聚苯胺复合膜修饰电极。采用循环伏安法研究了抗坏血酸在石墨烯/聚苯胺复合膜修饰电极上的电化学行为。结果表明,在pH=3.0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,抗坏血酸在该修饰电极上出现一个明显的氧化峰,氧化峰电流与其浓度在5.0×10-7^~1.0×10_-2^mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为1.9×10mol/L。该修饰电板可以用于维生素C片中痕量抗坏血酸的测定,加标回收率为97.5%~105%。A composite film modified electrode was prepared by immobilizing the graphene/polyaniline composite onto the surface of glassy carbon electrode. The composite was synthesized by an in situ polymerization procedure. The electrochemical behavior of ascorbic acid (AA) at the graphene/ polyaniline composite film modified electrode was studied by cyclic voltammetry. The results showed that an oxidation peak of AA was observed in phosphate buffer solution of pH 3.0, the peak currents varied linearly with the concentration of AA over the range from 5.0 × 10-7^ to 1.0 × 10-3^ mol/L with the detection limit of 1.9 ×10-7^Tmol/L. The modified electrode was applied to the determination of trace AA in Vitamin C samples with recoveries of 97.5%-105%.
