啤酒瓶自动理瓶系统的设计

摘　　要：针对中国国内啤酒巨大的需求量以及啤酒瓶易碎导致人工理瓶效率低的特性,设计一款理瓶机。通过人工将麻袋装的啤酒瓶倒入锥形容器中,经容器下部的转盘转动,使啤酒瓶平躺着输送出来,然后经链道送至酒瓶检测装置,经检测后按瓶子的状态进行分类,使处于不同状态的瓶子进入不同的通道,然后通过翻瓶机构使瓶子竖立,再通过与生产线相连的链道进入下道工序。该理瓶机可有效地减少工作流程,降低工人劳动强度,减轻工厂负担。In view of the huge demand for domestic beer and beer bottle fragile leads to low efficiency of artificial unscramble bottle fea tures, a unscramble bottle machine was designed. Through the artificial sacks filled with beer bottles in tapered containers. By a wheel turning at the bottom of the container, make the beer bottle conveying face up, then the chain to the bottle detection device, according to state of the bottle, and the classification, after tested in different state of the bottle into the different channels, and then through double agencies make up the bottle, bottle again through connected with production line of the chain into the next procedure. The designed unscramble bottle machine effectively reduces the working process, the labor intensity of workers and the financial burden on the factory.
