恶性淋巴瘤患者血清IL-2水平变化及其意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨恶性淋巴瘤患者血清白细胞介素 2 (IL 2 )水平变化及其临床意义。方法　应用放射免疫法检测 3 1例恶性淋巴瘤患者血清IL 2水平 ,并与 2 7例正常人进行比较。结果　未经过治疗的恶性淋巴瘤患者血清IL 2水平明显低于正常人 (P <0 .0 1) ,而且B组患者血清IL 2水平明显低于A组 (P <0 .0 1) ,Ⅲ～Ⅳ期患者血清IL 2水平较Ⅰ～Ⅱ期患者也有降低趋势 (P =0 .0 7)。结论　提示血清IL 2水平的检测有助于判断恶性淋巴瘤患者的病情和预后。Objective To study the clinical significance of serum levels of interleukin 2(IL 2) in malignant lymphoma.Method The serum levels of IL 2 were determined by radioimmunoassay(RIA) in healthy individuals and 31 patients with malignant lymphoma.Results In untreated patients with malignant lymphoma the serum levels of IL 2 were significantly lower than those of healthy controls( P <0.01).According to Ann arbor stage,the serum levels of IL 2 in patients with Ⅲ～Ⅳ stages were lower than those with Ⅰ～Ⅱstages,but this difference was not statistically significant( P =0.07).In 10 patients of group B,the levels of serum IL 2 were significantly lower than those of group A( P <0.01).Conclusions The significant changes of serum IL 2 in patients with malignant lymphoma were likely to represent the severity of the disease and their levels might be helpful for the prognostic judgement in patients with malignant lymphoma.
